Majorae Moon Mask

I received my Majorae Moon Mask about a week ago, but unfortunately it appeared to be damaged when it arrived. It also does not match the appearance shown in the product listing. Multiple spikes were detached when I opened the package, with the attachment points visibly damaged. Im not sure if it was shipped this way or if the spikes fell off during shipment. Either way, it was not advertised that I would have to attach the spikes myself. If the spikes fell off during shipment, then its a good example of the type of product being made.

I have also attached a side-by-side comparison of the advertised product and the item I received. Beyond the shipping damage, there are noticeable differences in the paintwork, weathering, detailing, and overall finish. The paintwork on the product i received looks like there was zero effort put into it. While the product is advertised as each one is hand painted, it looks like a child painted it and it looks nothing like the advertised picture.

Furthermore, I reached out to the owner "David", who was extremely willing and happy to email me when I first made the purchase, saying "I'm one of the owners of LUXOVOID and I wanted to say thank you for your first purchase from us yesterday.

If you have any feedback, or want to say hi, reply to this email. We'd love to hear from you!".

He has failed to email back or provide me with any further information for a week now.

Do not waste money on this product if you're expecting to get what's being advertised. Spend the money elsewhere.

Its even better in real life!!!! Majoras Mask has been my favorite game since I was 6 years old and I even have a tattoo of it, so Ive always wanted to own the actual mask but I never liked the way the ones on Amazon looked. One day I came across this one and it had been sitting in my wishlist for years until I finally decided to get it and I couldnt be more happy! I love it so much! It was definitely worth the money! It looks so realistic and detailed! You can tell so much love and effort was put into it! And on top of that I can actually wear and see out of it! It will mostly be hanging on my wall but Ill definitely put it on from time to time and one day I might attempt a skull kid cosplay with it as well! This is definitely one of my favorite things I own!

The quality of this mask is amazing! My son wore it as part of his Halloween costume and he received so many compliments! He absolutely loves it! Note: I accidentally ordered the decorative mask without straps, so I contacted David and he sent me 2 sets of straps along with a brand new mask, delivered in record time! Communication was very quick and easy David always made sure to answer all my questions and took great care of us! Dont hesitate to order from this shop, you wont regret it!

The mask looks really fantastic and is incredibly detailed. It's perfect to use as a decoration on a wall, but it's also great to wear on your face thanks to the built-in eye holes and the buckles that have been very professionally attached to the back. I tried it out with a friend, it sits very firmly on the face and we are extremely happy with the Majora's Mask, which was lovingly handmade by Adriana and her team. She is a stroke of genius. No other Majora's Mask is as excellently crafted as the one from Paviko David. I was happy to wait a little longer for such a masterpiece. Thank you so much for this masterpiece and your effort, you are the best of the best ??

Had an issue with the original, she made it right and was very professional throughout the whole process. I believe this is the best version of Majora's mask you can find online.

Amazing quality! My fianc love love loved this mask. Very amazing detail and quick response times. Couldnt recommend this seller and shop enough!

This Majoras Mask made my night unforgettable! The moment I stepped into the festival, people recognized Skull Kid right away and kept asking for photos. Its not just a mask, its pure magic for any Zelda fan.

I had high expectations waiting for this due to all the glowing reviews, and still they were exceeded. The quality is absolutely amazing and it looks phenomenal. Worth every penny.

The mask is absolutely eye catching, solid to hold, and the details are really sharp. My friend and I cosplayed Skull Kid and Link, and everyone gave us compliments!

This was a wonderful present for my fianc! Hes always talked about how hes wanted a Majoras mask and I surprised him with this one for Christmas. Its beautiful in person

Very good now I can crash the moon into the earth properly

This is the BEST quality Majora's Mask you will find online, I am just blown away by the detail and vibrancy of it. Adriana was also very pleasant :)

It came out so nice!!! Dysania also had great communication and was super nice about some changes I asked for. Great Christmas present for my husband to match our other masks!

Looks fucking gorgeous. The pain in my wallet was rested when i held the quality in my hands. It's just as good as it looks in the pictures, and i can't wait to hang it on the wall

Shipping was the biggest hiccup here, but that was not the sellers fault at all. In fact, he helped me through every question and concern i had and was so sweet and professional throughout. The item was even BETTER than I expected. The details are insane and it's made with such love and care. Thank you again!!

I really love that mask!

This is the most jaw-dropping prop replica I have ever seen, full stop. It is so goddamn cool. I truly can't conceive of a more perfect interpretation of that iconic and terrifying mask from one of my fondest childhood games.

Amazing quality! The mask looks lifelike and just as it is in the games!

The mask looks amazing, and the seller maintained great communication with me. The first mask was unfortunately lost in the mail, and he actually made a brand new one for me and was super apologetic, even when it wasn't her fault. Super seller, and the mask is so cool!

Absolutely perfect mask. Beyond my expectations

This mask blew me away on the photos. It looks great, but in person it looks even better. I mean the amount of detail that went into this mask is astounding. The seller did a fantastic job! Now there was a tiny shipping error, but it was not the sellers fault at all. When I talked with the seller, she was extremely generous, and she decided to help me out with no extra charges and is a wonderful person to talk with! Even if I had to wait, just a tiny bit longer than usual it was very worth it in the end! I Would recommend this seller more, if I could find the words!

Well done! This is a statement piece in my living room.

This item was priced well, and arrived quite sooner than expected. You have to attach the straps to use it as a mask, however.....I haven't done so yet, but hopefully that goes smoothly. The spikes are removable, FYI.....I didn't know that when I purchased it, but learned about it from other reviews so I wasn't shocked when it arrived. Great purchase for the price. I will purchase a completely wooden one to better match the one in the game (though there's no way to know that one was made of wood, since it never hit the ground and made a sound). Though, I will be keeping this one, and I am pleased with the purchase
